code of conduct

The New Mexico Brewers Guild (NMBG) has a zero-tolerance policy for aggression or harassment of any kind. We are committed to delivering a safe, welcoming, and fun event for all.

We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. We do not tolerate any form of aggressive behavior or harassment of attendees, staff, volunteers, sponsors, or brewers.

Participants violating the event code of conduct may be asked to leave the event or be prohibited from attending future NMBG events at the sole discretion of the New Mexico Brewers Guild.

All brewers and sponsors of events will be reminded of this policy prior to the event. Breaking the Event Code of Conduct can result in swift removal from the event, and the proper authorities will be notified. No refunds will be given to anyone removed from the event. If someone or something makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, no matter how minor it may seem, please report it to any NMBG staff member or event security guard immediately so the situation can be addressed and the proper action can be taken.
